Easy checklist of items to begin the loan process...

All Applicants:

· Copy of Drivers license

· most current 2 months of complete bank statements (all pages for all accounts to include checking, savings, stock brokerage and retirement)

Salaried Applicants:

· Copies of W2’s for previous two years

· Copies of current pay stubs covering two full months

Self Employed Applicants:

· Complete copies of Federal Income tax returns (1040’s) with all schedules for previous two years

· Complete Copies of K-1’s for previous two years for any partnerships.

· Complete copies of Partnership returns (1065) for previous two years, if you own 25% or more.

· Complete copies of corporate returns (1120’s) for previous two years, if incorporated.

· Signed year-to-date Profit and Loss Statement for each business you own.

If You Are Buying a Home:

· Complete copy of the signed purchase agreements with all attachments and addenda.

· Property Appraisal (if already in hand)

· If you have sold your current home, copy of settlement statement (HUD-1).
